Due to the intimate nature of our events, the diligent care taken to place each participant appropriately and energetically with the horses and create the highest quality experience possible, so unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If there is an emergency, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with a transfer to another program or workshop within one calendar year.
All of our memberships (including the ZenClub) are special and limited to the number of spaces available. Due to this and other factors, including the care of our rescued horses, all payments for online memberships, courses, subscriptions and enrollments will not be eligible for refund, partially or in full under any circumstances.
PURCHASING A TICKET TO AN EVENT/RETREAT
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are understand that you are reserving a position for a scheduled event. All sales and deposits are final. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances.
You may transfer your reservation to another participant by letting a representative of Zenerjen know in writing at least 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellations will result in releasing the position and all funds will be forfeited.
Rescheduling is available one time per reservation and within 30 days of the designated event.
Deposits are good for a particular scheduled event for up to one year. After one year, the deposit will be forfeited. Unscheduled deposits will be valid 6 months after purchase. After 6 months, the deposit will be forfeited.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you understand that you are subscribing to the monthly or annual fee. No refunds or partial refunds will be offered under any circumstances.
